Stream 01 / MRR
Monthly recurring fee per Local Long Number provisioned. Scales linearly with the partner's active agent fleet. Low marginal cost once interconnection is in place. Contracted per number block, per use case, or per AI agent instance.
Stream 02 / Variable
Per-minute on voice, per-message on SMS. Chadeva buys at the wholesale rate from international hubs and national operators, sells to the partner at the retail rate. The margin is the spread.

CPaaS operators with their own voice and SMS APIs, AI platform vendors, conversational AI solution builders. They have the AI brain — they need a regulated local telco layer to deploy agentic AI in Mexico and Spain.
Wholesale to carriers with enterprise clients
National or regional telco operators whose enterprise customers — banks, insurers, utilities, retail, healthcare — are deploying their own proprietary agentic AI and need 2-way local numbering in Mexico and Spain. The carrier bundles Chadeva LLN into their enterprise product.
Maximum capillarity · N × N scale
The same carrier partners as Channel 2, but their clients are VARs, MSPs and software integrators reselling packaged agentic AI to SMBs — law firms, dental clinics, real estate agencies, logistics operators, retail chains.
1 carrier × 20 integrators × 50 SMBs = 1,000 active LLN clients. Revenue scales without direct Chadeva sales effort.
